SUBJECT: Can I capture a 'Still' Image from Video?

I am attempting to take a 'snapshot image' (.jpg, bmp. etc) from the main section of my video project, so as I can then use it as the main picture for my starting title.

Is this possible? I'm using Premiere 6.5.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
